Pleasant View Road caught Ron's eye while hiking near his country home in northern New York. He found the textures and shadow patterns in this abandoned old house to be appealing, so he photographed it in both summer and winter and created this fine pen and ink drawing.

The original 18" x 12" drawing by Ron Colgrove was drawn in pen and ink using a flexible crow quill dip pen and hand water colored.
