The Castle of Sigmaringen on the Danube in Baden-Wuttenberg, Germany, the cradle of the Hohenzollern Dynasty, was the impressive home of the Princess of Hohenzollern. Built on a high rock ledge, this magnificent structure is straight from medieval legend.
The original drawing by Ron Colgrove is 40” x 30” and was drawn in pen and ink using a flexible crow quill dip pen taking approximately 100 man-hours. It was then reproduced using an off-set press onto 24” x 18” 24 lb art paper and hand water colored.
Limited edition giclée prints of this pen and ink with watercolor are available as an UNFRAMED PRINT on your choice of two mediums: Fine art paper or glossy canvas. This art print usually ships in 5-7 business days after cleared payment.
