PHOTO RETURN Option

If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement.  Simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping containers it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to info@colgrovefineart.com.  Please include in the body of the email:

1.       Your order number

2.       The SKU (stock keeping Unit) or item number

3.       A brief description of the reason for the return

4.       Let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. 

Your request processes within 48 hours.

SHIPPING RETURN Option

If you would prefer to ship your item(s) please:

1.   Pack them in the original box received with the product

2.   Include the completed Return Instructions form found on the back of the Packing List included with your order. 

3.   Be sure to specify

a.    The reason for the return and

b.    What action you would like us to take:
 Free Replacement or Refund.

4.   We strongly encourage you to return your item INSURED via a traceable method.  Make sure to take note of your tracking number for your return as we are not responsible for items returned that are lost in transit.
